Staying Connected: Even after closing, I’ll be here as a resource and maybe we’ll head downtown to catch a Phoenix Suns game!

Can I buy a home in Phoenix or Scottsdale if I’m moving from out of state?
Yes. Many of the buyers I work with are relocating and can’t be here for every showing or inspection. I handle the details on the ground, including inspections, and keep you updated at every step, so the process feels calm even from a distance.
Which neighborhoods should I look at?
It depends on your lifestyle. I work most in Biltmore, Arcadia, Moon Valley, Paradise Valley, Central Phoenix and Scottsdale. If you’re relocating and don’t know where to start, Biltmore is usually where I take people first. (Link “Biltmore” to the Biltmore guide.)

We start with a conversation over coffee about your timeline, budget, preferred area and lifestyle, and I connect you with trusted local lenders. From there I set up a home search so you see homes that fit your criteria, often before they hit the market. Then we tour, submit strategic offers and stay in touch long after closing.
